Collaborative Activities with LGBTIQAN+ Youth
เรามุ่งมุ่งเน้นพัฒนาเครือข่ายเยาวชน LGBTIQ+ ที่แข็งแกร่งและเฟื่องฟู โดยการทำงานร่วมกับองค์กรอื่น ๆ และรักษาการติดต่อกับกลุ่มเยาวชน LGBTQ+ ทั่วประเทศไทย เราร่วมมืออย่างใกล้ชิดกับองค์กรและกลุ่มเยาวชนอื่น ๆ เพื่อจัดเวิร์คช็อปและการฝึกอบรมที่แก้ไขปัญหาทั่วไปที่เยาวชน LGBTQ+ เผชิญ เพื่อขยายผลกระทบและสร้างความยั่งยืนให้กับกิจกรรมของเรา เรากำลังมุ่งหาทุนอย่างแข็งขันจากผู้สนับสนุนที่หลากหลาย และร่วมมือกับองค์กรที่มีชื่อเสียง เช่น Youth Pride Thailand และเชียงใหม่ไพรด์ (Chiang Mai Pride) ความร่วมมือเหล่านี้จะช่วยให้เราสามารถรวบรวมทรัพยากร แลกเปลี่ยนแนวทางปฏิบัติที่ดีที่สุด และใช้ประโยชน์จากความรู้ ส่งผลให้ระบบนิเวศการสนับสนุนที่แข็งแกร่งและเชื่อมโยงกันมากขึ้นสำหรับกลุ่มเยาวชน LGBTIQ+ ในประเทศไทย โครงการริเริ่มเหล่านี้จะเป็นตัวเร่งการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ทรงพลัง สร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้ผู้คน ชุมชน และสถาบัน ต่าง ๆ ส่งเสริมสิทธิเยาวชน LGBTIQ+ ในสังคมวงกว้าง
We plan to develop robust and thriving networks of LGBTIQ+ young leaders by collaborating with other organizations and maintaining contacts with LGBTQ+ youth movements throughout Thailand. We are working closely with other organizations and youth movements to provide workshops and training that address common issues confronting LGBTQ+ youth. To magnify our impact and ensure the sustainability of our activities, we are aggressively pursuing funding from various sponsors and collaborating with prestigious organizations such as Youth Pride Thailand and Chiang Mai Pride. These partnerships will allow us to pool resources, exchange best practices, and harness knowledge, resulting in a more robust and interconnected support ecosystem for the LGBTIQ+ youth movement in Thailand. These initiatives will serve as a strong catalyst for change, inspiring people, communities, and institutions to advocate for LGBTIQ+ youth rights on a larger societal stage.

ILGA Asia Conference
สมาคมเกย์ เลสเบี้ยน ไบเซ็กชวล คนข้ามเพศ และคนเพศหลากหลายแห่งนานาชาติภูมิภาคเอเชีย (ILGA Asia) เป็นองค์กรระดับภูมิภาคที่เป็นตัวแทนขององค์กรสมาชิกมากกว่า 100 องค์กรในภูมิภาคนี้ ในระหว่างการประชุม ILGA Asia 2022 ที่นครโฮจิมินห์ ประเทศเวียดนาม เบส จิตสานพงษ์ ผู้อำนวยการของเรา ได้ริเริ่มโอกาสในการสร้างขบวนการรวมตัวของเยาวชน LGBTIQ+ ในเอเชีย โดยจัดการอภิปรายกลุ่มของเยาวชน LGBTIQ+ และองค์กรที่ทำงานเกี่ยวกับสิทธิของเยาวชน LGBTIQ+ ในเอเชีย ในระหว่างการประชุมก่อนการประชุมใหญ่ที่เน้นเรื่องคนข้ามเพศ ผลที่ตามมา สมาชิกของ ILGA Asia ได้เลือกเบส-ชิษณุพงศ์ เป็นประธานร่วมของคณะกรรมการบริหารตัวแทนเยาวชน
The Asian Region of the International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, and Intersex Association (ILGA Asia) is a regional organization representing more than 100 member organizations in the region. During the ILGA Asia 2022 Conference in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Best Chitsanupong, our director, initiated the opportunity to form a collective movement of LGBTIQ+ youth in Asia by facilitating a group discussion of LGBTIQ+ youth and the organizations working on the rights of LGBTIQ+ youth in Asia during the transgender pre- conference. As a result, ILGA Asia’s members elected Best Chitsanupong to co-chair the youth representative executive board member.
ECOSOC Youth Forum

Best Chitsanupong, our director, was selected to have unique opportunity engaging in international advocacy and learning to use the UN system to promote the human rights of trans and gender diverse people. She delivered the statement, drafted in consultation with LGBTI advocates and activists at UN spaces, including at the ECOSOC Youth Forum at the UN Headquarters, and at the interactive dialogue with the Independent Expert on sexual orientation and gender identity during the 53rd Session of the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva.

ผู้ก่อตั้งของเราเป็นตัวแทนของชุมชนผู้มีความหลากหลายทางเพศทั่วโลก โดยเป็นหนึ่งในเยาวชนข้ามเพศชาวเอเชียคนแรก ๆ ที่ได้พูดในงานเฉลิมฉลองครบรอบ 15 ปีของกลุ่มแกนกลาง LGBTI ของสหประชาชาติ ซึ่งจัดขึ้นระหว่างการประชุมระดับสูงในวาระการประชุมสมัชชาใหญ่แห่งสหประชาชาติครั้งที่ 78 ณ นครนิวยอร์ก ร่วมกับตัวแทน นายกรัฐมนตรี รัฐมนตรี และนักการทูต เพื่อสนับสนุนสิทธิของชุมชน LGBTI ที่กลุ่มแกนกลางของสหประชาชาติได้ดำเนินการ ขอขอบคุณการสนับสนุนจาก COC Nederland
Our founder represented the global queer community as one of the first Asian trans youth speakers at the UN 15th anniversary celebration of the UN LGBTI Core Group event during the high- level segment of the 78th session at the UN General Assembly, New York alongside representatives, prime ministers, ministers and diplomats to champion the cause of LGBTI rights that have done by the UN core group. Rise Together: Sisterhood in Workplace

Panan, our co-founder, collaborated with the YSEALI team to organize the Rise Together: Sisterhood in the Workplace workshop. The event featured the journeys of our remarkable women activists and entrepreneurs, aiming to empower women and achieve true gender equality in the workplace.

SYAN Regional Meeting
YPC ได้รับเชิญจากมูลนิธิ YP Foundation ในประเทศอินเดีย ให้เข้าร่วมการประชุมระดับภูมิภาค SYAN ซึ่งเป็นโครงการชุมชนเพื่อสุขภาพและความเป็นอยู่ที่ดี งานนี้เป็นการประชุมครั้งแรกที่มีผู้เข้าร่วมจากเก้าประเทศมารวมตัวกันในกรุงนิวเดลีในเดือนพฤศจิกายน 2023
YPC was invited by the YP Foundation in India to be a part of the SYAN Regional Meeting, a community initiative for health and well-being. This event marked the first conference where participants from nine countries gathered in Delhi in November 2023.
International Young Bodhisattawa Program
YPC ได้รับเลือกให้เข้าร่วมเวิร์กช็อปเกี่ยวกับความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีในไต้หวัน ซึ่งมีพื้นฐานจากหลักการของพุทธศาสนา ซึ่งช่วยเราได้อย่างมากในการทำงานเพื่อชุมชน เวิร์กช็อปนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มพูนความมั่นใจ ความสามารถ และความมุ่งมั่นของเยาวชนในการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางสังคมและจิตวิญญาณ มันทำหน้าที่เป็นโปรแกรมการเปิดเผยสำหรับเยาวชนเพื่อเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วมทางสังคม โดยมีคุณค่าของความรักและความเมตตาเป็นศูนย์กลางในบริบทของเอเชีย โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในไต้หวัน
YPC was chosen to participate in a significant well-being workshop in Taiwan, based on Buddhist principles, which greatly assisted us in our work for the communities. The workshop aimed to enhance young people’s confidence, capacity, and commitment to social and spiritual transformation. It served as an exposure program for youth to learn about social engagement, centered on values of loving- kindness and compassion in the Asian context, specifically within Taiwan.
