ชวนส่องข้อเสนอแนะ SDGs ประจำปี 2026 เพราะคำว่า “ไม่ทิ้งใครไว้ข้างหลัง" ต้องเกิดขึ้นจริง !

มูลนิธิยังไพรด์ ยังคงเดินหน้าผลักดันสิทธิของผู้มีความหลากหลายทางเพศในประเทศไทย ผ่านการมีส่วนร่วมในกลไกและกระบวนการนโยบายระดับสากล อย่าง เป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (Sustainable Development Goals / SDGs) เพื่อให้เสียงของชุมชนถูกสะท้อนสู่เวทีการพัฒนาระดับโลก

ขณะที่ประเทศไทยกำลังเฉลิมฉลอง Pride Month ซึ่งเป็นก้าวสำคัญด้านความเท่าเทียมทางเพศ แต่การผลักดันสิทธิของผู้มีความหลากหลายทางเพศ ก็ยังคงต้องดำเนินต่อไปในอีกหลายพื้นที่ของสังคม รวมถึงบนเวทีนโยบายและการพัฒนาระดับโลก

มูลนิธิยังไพรด์ รู้สึกยินดีเป็นอย่างยิ่ง ที่ได้มีส่วนร่วมในการจัดทำ LGBTI Stakeholder Group Position Paper สำหรับการประชุม United Nations High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF) 2026 ซึ่งเป็นเวทีสำคัญขององค์การสหประชาชาติในการติดตามความก้าวหน้าของการดำเนินงานตามเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (SDGs) ทั่วโลก

Position Paper ฉบับนี้นำเสนอข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายภายใต้ SDGs ที่อยู่ระหว่างการทบทวนในปี 2026 ได้แก่

เป้าหมายที่ 6: สร้างหลักประกันเรื่องน้ำและการสุขาภิบาล ให้มีการจัดการอย่างยั่งยืนและมีสภาพพร้อมใช้ สำหรับทุกคน
เป้าหมายที่ 7: สร้างหลักประกันว่าทุกคนเข้าถึงพลังงานสมัยใหม่ในราคาที่สามารถซื้อหาได้ เชื่อถือได้ และยั่งยืน
เป้าหมายที่ 9: สร้างโครงสร้างพื้นฐานที่มีความยืดหยุ่นต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง ส่งเสริมการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรม ที่ครอบคลุมและยั่งยืน และส่งเสริมนวัตกรรม
เป้าหมายที่ 11: ทำให้เมืองและการตั้งถิ่นฐานของมนุษย์ มีความครอบคลุม ปลอดภัย ยืดหยุ่นต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง และยั่งยืน
เป้าหมายที่ 17: เสริมความเข้มแข็งให้แก่กลไกการดำเนินงานและฟื้นฟูสภาพหุ้นส่วนความร่วมมือระดับโลกสำหรับการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน

ภายใต้แนวคิดของ HLPF 2026: “Transformative, equitable, innovative and coordinated actions for the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and its Sustainable Development Goals for a sustainable future for all.”

การจัดทำรายงานครั้งนี้ มูลนิธิยังไพรด์ ได้มอบโอกาสให้คุณธนดล เต้พันธ์ ที่ปรึกษาด้านการสนับสนุนนโยบาย (Policy Advocacy Consultant) เข้าไปมีส่วนร่วม ในการสนับสนุนข้อมูลและข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบาย ในประเด็นของเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนข้อที่ 6 ผ่านการสะท้อนบริบท และความท้าทายที่ชุมชนผู้มีความหลากหลายทางเพศ ในระดับสากล ตลอดจน ประเทศไทย ที่ยังคงเผชิญอยู่

การมีส่วนร่วมครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของมูลนิธิยังไพรด์ ในการนำเสียงของผู้มีความหลากหลายทางเพศในไทย เข้าสู่กระบวนการด้านสิทธิมนุษยชนระดับโลก เพื่อยืนยันว่าการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนจะเกิดขึ้นไม่ได้ หากยังมีผู้คนถูกทิ้งไว้ข้างหลัง

LGBTI Stakeholder Group คือเครือข่ายความร่วมมือของ 100+ องค์กรภาคประชาสังคม จากทั่วโลก ที่ทำงานเพื่อส่งเสริมสิทธิ การมีส่วนร่วม และการยอมรับของบุคคลที่มีความหลากหลายทางเพศ (LGBTI) ในกระบวนการกำหนดนโยบายระดับโลกและการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน โดยมี Outright International, COC Netherlands และ RFSL ทำหน้าที่อำนวยความสะดวกและประสานงาน เครือข่ายนี้เป็นพื้นที่สำหรับการประสานความร่วมมือ การขับเคลื่อนเชิงนโยบาย และการมีส่วนร่วมกับรัฐบาล หน่วยงานสหประชาชาติ และผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียอื่น ๆ เพื่อให้เสียงและข้อเสนอของชุมชน LGBTI ได้รับการรับฟังและสะท้อนอยู่ในเวทีระหว่างประเทศอย่างมีความหมาย

Young Pride Foundation remains committed to advancing the rights of LGBTIQ+ people in Thailand through active engagement in international mechanisms and policy processes, ensuring that the voices of our communities are reflected in global development discussions.

As Thailand celebrates Pride Month and marks significant progress toward gender equality, the work of advancing the rights of LGBTIQ+ people must continue across many areas of society, including within global policy and sustainable development processes.

Young Pride Foundation is pleased to have contributed to the development of the LGBTI Stakeholder Group Position Paper for the United Nations High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF) 2026, an important United Nations platform for reviewing global progress toward the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

This Position Paper presents policy recommendations related to the SDGs under review in 2026, including:

SDG 6: Clean Water and Sanitation
SDG 7: Affordable and Clean Energy
SDG 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure
SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities
SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals

Under the theme of HLPF 2026: “Transformative, equitable, innovative and coordinated actions for the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and its Sustainable Development Goals for a sustainable future for all.”

As part of this process, Young Pride Foundation supported the participation of Thanadon Taephan, Policy Advocacy Consultant, in contributing evidence and policy recommendations related to Sustainable Development Goal 6. The contribution reflected the lived realities and challenges faced by LGBTIQ+ communities globally and in Thailand, ensuring that these experiences were represented in discussions on sustainable development and human rights.

This contribution reflects Young Pride Foundation’s commitment to bringing the voices of LGBTIQ+ people in Thailand into global human rights and development processes, reaffirming that sustainable development cannot be achieved while people continue to be left behind.

The LGBTI Stakeholder Group is a coalition of 100+ civil society organizations across the globe working to advance the rights and inclusion of LGBTI people in global policymaking and sustainable development processes. Facilitated by Outright International, COC Netherlands, and RFSL, the group serves as a platform for coordination, advocacy, and engagement with governments, UN agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure that the voices and priorities of LGBTI communities are reflected in international discussions and commitments.
