รายงานร่วมของภาคประชาสังคมฉบับนี้ มิใช่เพียงแค่เอกสารรายงานสถานการณ์ทั่วไป แต่เป็นเสียงสะท้อนอันทรงพลังที่รวบรวมข้อเท็จจริง กรณีศึกษา และสถิติสำคัญจากความร่วมมือขององค์กรเครือข่ายชั้นนำ (The Asia Pacific Transgender Network (APTN), ThaiTGA, TransEqual และ Young Pride Foundation) เพื่อยื่นต่อคณะกรรมการสหประชาชาติในการประเมินประเทศไทยตามอนุสัญญาว่าด้วยการขจัดทุกรูปแบบของการเลือกปฏิบัติ
